Questions about pricing or billing?
- Can we upgrade/downgrade between self-hosted and Cloud options?
- Absolutely. Our Cloud plans and interface provide an extra layer of control and organization to help manage flags, but they still work seamlessly with the self-hosted tools. You can start self-hosted and upgrade to Cloud when you're ready or dive right into Cloud out of the gate.
- What happens if we grow past the 50-seat limit?
It's a soft limit, but we'll reach out. In most cases, it will be fine, but occasionally we'll ask you to upgrade to a custom plan based on overall usage.
Or, for a more indirect answer, we really don't like per-seat pricing. It helps for larger customers who consume more resources, but it leaves plenty to be desired. In order to offer fixed-cost monthly plans without going out of business, we added a seat-limit to help ensure we can support larger customers.
- Can we switch plans or cancel any time?
Absolutely. When switching plans, you can switch plans immediately , and we'll pro-rate any remaining time on your current plan towards your new plan.
When you need to cancel, it's entirely online, and you'll still have full access through the end of your current billing period.
- How does support work for Cloudless and Free?
- We fully support and stand by the non-cloud versions. Paid customers always receive priority support, but everyone gets support directly from the developers who built and run Flipper.
- What's your refund policy?
- We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try out the full experience, but if you subscribe to a paid plan and aren't happy with Flipper in the first 30 days, let us know, and we'll give you a full refund.
- Do you offer discounts for Open Source teams?
- Yes! We love to help out other open source projects, and if you're a contributor to Flipper, we'll hook you up with a free seat.
